It's not that dramatic to go from the 4-3 to the 3-4. You're just taking out a lineman and putting in another linebacker. I played three of my four years at Texas A&M on the outside, so I'm fine. We've got a lot of versatility on this defense. You can't really call our defense a 3-4 or a 4-3. It's both.

I'm just one of those people that is more focused on going out there, doing my job and trying to contribute the way I need to contribute to win the game. At the end of the day, we knew we had a job to do, and that was go out there and win that game.

It's noticeable. I'm not going to say [we don't miss those guys], because I'd be lying. But you got to carry on with what you've got.

He's a good inside runner. He's a good outside runner. He's going to pose a threat. We're just going to try to contain him. That's all you can really do. He's going to make plays. We know that. We've just got to try to minimize that as best we can.

I think we're more satisfied with the progression, and the progress we've made through the season from where we started to where we are right now. It's a whole other season that's going to start right now.

We've got to continue to play. Obviously, we lost a big part of the defense, but we've got to continue to do what we need to do, play with commitment.

A lot of guys could have easily [thrown] in the towel in the second half. But a lot of guys fought.

I'd be a lot more worried if it was the second-to-last game of the season and we were a game under .500. We've got 10 more games.
