We think that going to court with the other former plaintiffs in the case will help speed up the process. We hope that we'll have a ruling lifting the injunction and can get back to construction by March.

This is definitely a big deal for the project. It's been a project that's experienced a lot of ups and downs. I think it's refreshing to be at a point where we are looking at construction as opposed to another lawsuit.
