It's starting to all come together. The kids have become a team. They help each other. They inspire each other.

Our guys did a great job. We're making some steps forward. I'm really happy how things went. We've come along way since the first meet.

This is a rebuilding year for us, but we have some very good wrestlers in our lineup and some who have struggled, but for us to win we have to wrestle well, like we have all year. Anything can happen in a dual, but we will have to win the matches where we are favored and stay close in the others.

We will meet a great crowd and a highly motivated team tonight. Dennis has built a very good program and has some great kids on his team, but we won't just roll over.

There's a lot of flu going around for a lot of teams. I've think we've stayed together pretty good. I don't think it's a factor.

I'm happy to take twelve to states. I'd like to take 14, but there are too many good wrestlers in this area.

The region meet is a funny kind of meet because it's so emotional. You see favorites getting beat and people coming out of nowhere to win titles. I like the way my kids reacted to that emotion.

It was a great trip for me and I was so proud of the way my team dominated in such tough competition. There weren't a lot of high-ranked California teams, but you never walk into that state and start beating up people.

We're going to see Lake Gibson in district, region and state and we're going to see Cape Coral again in the state tournament. So we're going to have to be tough and we're going to have to develop an edge. But I think we're there and we can do that.
