We're still in the talking stage on that right now. It varies from year to year but we're not having any major problems (maintaining the channel) in Arkansas right now.

It will allow more commodities to be moved more cheaply, so it's going to lower the cost of all those commodities that are moved on the river. Plus it helps get trucks off the road.
