I was horrified at what I saw going on in the prison system. People were serving life terms for crimes they didn't commit. Lives were wasting away.

We're here to help them with setting goals. Hopelessness is a lot of why we have high rates of recidivism among young offenders. With this program, we are trying to get them to focus on things that will keep them out of trouble. We want to show them and society that they're not throwaway kids.
