Goshen has made some serious, serious progress. That's a heck of a turnaround from an 0-and-10 team to a team that plays like that.

Mental toughness comes in varying degrees and we didn't have it tonight. Other teams have allowed defensive touchdowns and survived and I think our kids lost their toughness after that.

We didn't tackle very well tonight. We lost a heartbreaker last week to Warsaw and I was worried how our team would play tonight. Now we're 2-3 and have a lot of work to do to salvage our season.

Three games on the road to start (the season), and we came within a yard of being 3-and-0, none of them easy. We'll have to take it, and my gosh, finally we get to go home next week (against Warsaw).
