It's not going to be the typical dinner theater anymore where people are eating and seeing the show in the same spot.

It's pretty consistent with what we've been seeing. It shows we need to do a better job of understanding and appreciating our diversity.

We've done a good job of preparing for change. In the early 1990s when new employees came we were reacting. Now we're preparing for the influx.

There's an awful lot of positive things happening with our downtown. If there's some negative to offset it, it almost always points back to negative publicity surrounding that mall. The longer we allow that to be an issue, the more people will think the renaissance is still a ways off.

We need those people to fill jobs.

The one thing we are asked to address most (by our members) is health insurance. We are hoping to accomplish rate stability and make our employees healthier.

We're looking at the possibility of building a new building next door that would allow PMI to cater the theater as well as other events downtown.
