It's really frustrating to have an opportunity like that with guys on, and you hit the ball on the screws and it's right at somebody, ... It's just the way the game goes.

They battled us all game. It was nice that we kept tacking on.

If someone gets us going, we usually do all right, and if no one does by the sixth or seventh, we usually get shut out. The same thing happened (Tuesday) night. A couple of guys get it going, and you have a big hit.

With one out, you just try to put a ball in play in the outfield. I was glad he took off.

It was nice for us to keep the offense going, keep tacking on runs through the ninth. It was nice to see because a lot of guys chipped in.

I was trying to do too much.

It's the first time I've faced him, and it's just a rush to face a guy like that, ... I've seen him throw so many years and he throws so hard. It's just a challenge. It feels good anytime you have success on a guy like that.

Lance got a big hit, and Lamb gets a big one, too, to give us a big lead.
