He knew what had to be done, and you didn't have to tell him what to do. There was never any doubt that everything would be taken care of. He was very reliable and very responsible.

He didn't want to cause any bad feelings. To be a stroke is an honor, and he was willing to forego it for a time because he felt it would be a better team decision. I think that is reflective of the kind of kid he was.
