Just looking at the overall idea of what they're trying to provide, it might make more sense for Minneapolis to take a more active role in this. They're going to be caught in that situation where whoever comes in will be more interested in making a profit than providing a public service.

There is an argument that says we shouldn't provide services companies can provide, but our goal is to make the city livable. We view Internet as another amenity in the city.
