It was probably around 4:30 p.m. that it backed up the most. I got in the line and I looked at my watch. In 90 seconds, I was across the river. So the line was moving pretty well.

You always plan for the worst and hope for the best. But I think we've gotten pretty close to the best we'd hoped for. We haven't heard any complaints in this office.
