It's been a long, long dry spell.
It's been a good run. I was blessed to have coached her.
What's set Megan apart this year has been that she used to be known as a 3-point shooter. Now she's known for so much more. She can rebound, defend our team's best player, drive to the basket well, lead our defensive trap. Overall game, I just don't see anybody around here better than her.
These girls worked hard to get here. I can't say enough about how they set out for this goal and accomplished it.
Los Alamos played like we thought they would. They didn't give up.
I'm just excited for our girls in the program and all the girls in the past who have contributed to us getting back here.
We're realizing our dream. We just need one more win.
