It was a real good, genuine team effort. It was a real statement game for our kids and the pride they have in our program.

We're just a completely different team than at the beginning of the year, and far more mature.

Any person with a little math sense can make up their mind as to how big this was. You look at the opponents we have left and the schedule we have left and you can figure out that obviously with a minute and a half left, we needed a goal.

We had chances, but didn't capitalize. (Cathedral) needed three points to get in; so they played well. They certainly weren't playing for the tie.

All I know is these kids stayed with it -- they didn't throw in the towel.
