"Paul Spicer" is an assistant defensive line coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League. As a player in the NFL, Spicer was a defensive end who spent the majority of his career with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was signed by the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent in 1998. He played college football at Saginaw Valley State University#Athletics/Saginaw Valley State.

In his playing days, Spicer also was a member of the Saskatchewan Roughriders, Detroit Lions and New Orleans Saints.

To lose my little brother is hard, ... But I know he'd want me to play. I know my brother wouldn't want me to sit back, mope and whine and get into that state you can when you have a family member pass away.
