Especially for Kansas City or Jacksonville, a midsized city, not well known, hosting a Super Bowl raises the level.
That interchange is absolutely essential to the success of Cecil. Until that interchange is put in, it makes the commitment of larger projects more at risk.
The benefit is long-term. You would not necessarily do it for the game, that would probably be asking too much. You do it because it enhances the opportunities for Kansas City overall.
It's never come up actually and we're dealing with a lot of companies at the current time. It's not been an issue.
