I prepare like I'm playing even when I'm not. When you're sitting on the bench and watching the game ... you look at yourself and say, 'How would I have handled that shot?' I think it's good. It puts us on a stage with every other sport that's major. People who know hockey know there really is not a place in hockey for steroids. I'm sure there are things you want to enhance your performance, but I think at the end of the day you'll see we are clean.
