We have to use this opportunity to support and to encourage the support of people (to get) back to their places of origin so we can help rebuild their lives.
There will be continued risk of landslides as the snow starts to melt in the spring and even more so later in the year when the monsoon season sets in.
Road accessibility will remain a major challenge, and it is expected that there will be a continued need for a minimum of five or six helicopters until at least September.
It was very kind weather, the number of helicopters we had at our disposal also helped and ... people didn't come down from the mountains and overburden the towns.
