It's the kind of equipment they would need if they are going to have a very meaningful regional operation. The message that they are sending is that they don't have many warm bodies in the Metropolitan Detroit area.

If Delphi and its union collective bargain group have negotiate something that is represented to the judge by Delphi and the union, who are actually the parties involved, that is acceptable to them and is in the best interest of Delphi getting out of Chapter Eleven and rehabilitating itself, the judge is going to be hard pressed to not accept that.

They are going to have fewer people to represent in their collective bargaining, and that's going to have some effect on their negotiating ability.

What are these people going to do in an economy that's changing when their experience is automotive-driven? How are they going to fit into our society?
