These all are attempts to protect the weak party against other political powers. They are afraid of the Brothers and they are afraid of all potential political power. They are so weak that they put all other political powers under siege.
Our security and police forces are not properly trained. What happened in Alexandria is a security flop of gigantic proportions. And, it is an outrage. Poorly trained police are part of the problem. They are ill- equipped to ensure the safety of citizens and cannot cope with any crisis. They need proper professional training to handle such sensitive matters.
We will not stop until we are given a real voice.
They have no case against us. All we were doing was showing the government that it must give us our rights.
They are waiting to get more of our people. The way they attacked, with no care for humanity, is appalling and must not be left without a fight.
They [the government] has been attacking our people, who are conducting a peaceful march in show of support for the judges.
They were attacking anyone downtown. Right now I know that approximately 50 of our people have been arrested by police and taken away.
They are going to have investigations into the people arrested, but they don't have anything on them. There is simply no case for them to charge any of these people.
It is obvious that the government wants to continue this police state.
