By selling suburban (office) properties, we can create the resources to help us invest in additional downtown properties. We think the central business districts will make a comeback.
On balance, I've been trying to sell out my suburban properties. Strategically, for me and for Jack it's been the right thing to do.
We hope to have a deal completed by the end of May.
