It's a very offensive system. I like it, I really do. I really like the way it works, but I've got to get the kids to do it. And I think our backs are loving it because they're getting in the circle... the two deep backs - they have a huge responsibility. They've got a lot of land to cover.

(Jess) is coming along - it's a slow process. Her huge issue right now is the confidence, and that's going to come. The sad thing is that we're not going against weakened competition to begin with. She's going to be thrown to the wolves right away, so it's going to be a competitive game for her... If she comes and plays like she can, she'll be fine, whether goals go in or not.

With this system we're playing, we're expecting that we're going to have to sub quite a bit, especially with the forwards and midfielders because they're playing the full field. They're playing up-and-down.
