"York Chow Yat-Ngok", Gold Bauhinia Star/GBS, Silver Bauhinia Star/SBS, Member of the Order of the British Empire/MBE, Justice of the Peace/JP, was the Secretary for Food and Health of Hong Kong and a member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong/Executive Council. He was appointed as Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food in 2004. The position has since been renamed to Secretary for Food and Health from Cabinet shuffle/reshuffling in 2007.
