It's a lot of work, but this is the kind of thing you have to do when you put a new program in; it's just inevitable and you learn to live with it and do what you need to do and move on.

You always have these glitches no matter how much preparation you do and how much you try to anticipate problems; you never can anticipate them all. So this is just inevitable and you have to just work through the problem and eventually we'll get everything solved.

I think these are not unusual problems. They're new to Cerritos, but anyone who has implemented new software can tell you that these kinds of problems happen all the time, no matter if you're a Fortune 500 company or a college or university.
