The first relay really set the pace for the whole night. Lacey swam awesome, and Anna Turner really stepped it up as a freshman. I am so proud of my whole team.
"Whitney Myers" is an United States of America/American swimming (sport)/swimmer. She swims for the FAST Swim Team in Fullerton, CA. She also swam for the University of Arizona. She won a gold medal at the 2006 Pan-Pacific championships in Victoria, British Columbia/Victoria, Canada, in the 200 meter individual medley, just out-touching team-mate Katie Hoff.
She is featured on the cover of the March 2007 issue of Swimming World Magazine.

Myers is a 14-time record-holder at Arizona, earning her the 2006 Pac-10 Swimmer of the Year award. She was the 2007 NCAA Champion in the 200 individual medley (1:54.89), and tallied a total of six first team All-American honors at the championships. I'm still stunned (that I won the race). I'm really proud of how I did. I was hurting in that last 100 yards but no guts, no glory. This is the first time I've ever swum the 400 (individual medley) in a major meet.
