"Wayne Lamar Gandy" is a former American college and professional American football/football player who was an offensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL) for fifteen seasons. He played college football for Auburn University, and earned All-American honors. He was drafted by the St. Louis Rams/Los Angeles Rams in first round of the 1994 NFL Draft, and he also played professionally for the Pittsburgh Steelers, New Orleans Saints and Atlanta Falcons of the NFL.

In a nutshell, it feels like training camp hasn't stopped.

I was a little disgusted about people making at least six-figure incomes worrying about anything. Sometimes you forget to think of the lesser man. Sometimes you forget to put things in perspective.

We wanted to give those people in the shelters something to cheer about.

Our situation is uncomfortable. But for the people in New Orleans it's catastrophic.

People don't really understand that a lot of those people are not going back to New Orleans. You don't rebuild ghettos.

You can't just be thinking about yourself now. Watching what's going on back in New Orleans just makes you thankful you're not in that situation.
