At the moment the market is stagnant, but I think in another four or five weeks it will take off again. There is becoming a land shortage in the Four Corners area, but developers will just look for land farther south. Anywhere where foreign owners can get to Disney within a half hour or so is still going to be very popular.

They are usually snatched up before the first bit of ground has been turned. It is not unusual for an entire subdivision to be sold off of the designs.

All the builders are having to come south. The Davenport and Haines City areas are going to be filling up. They are also moving farther south, too. There are such horrible water problems in the Four Corners area and there just isn't that much land left.
