If they don't show up, they're not going to play. They have to be in the weight room X amount of times before I even put a uniform on them. I'll let them come out, but I won't suit them up.

They're similar as far as their knack, their knowledge of the game. They both run great angles to the ball. They have a great feel for the game.

I tell my kids, no matter who's recruiting you, you make sure to visit one of the local schools. I'm always a believer that kids get this gleam in their eye about going far away. They need to have a place they can go back to.
