It's not always easy. But once you have a system in place, it gets easier. The thing that works for me is to know their schedules.

It does wear one down. It does get incredibly difficult to keep it all moving and we seem to be moving all the time.

As soon as the season starts, I start putting those commitments down on the calendar. Every letter, note and paper that comes home from school is put down on the calendar.
