I hadn't thought of that but I'm certain we will do customer outreach to help people understand that. Don't take this wrong but we're not even to Feb. 17 of 2006 and a year is a lifetime in our industry, so 2009 is not even on our radar screen yet.

The simple short story is we play telephone by the telephone rules. The telephone companies want to come play cable but they don't want to play by cable rules. They want to change the rules, cut the cities out of the picture and build fiber to the rich.

We could see some incremental benefit, but I don't think we are looking to incorporate that into our business plan.

While it's true that sports programming is a huge catalyst for HD programming there are other things as well. And certainly you get a wide variety of sports programming on ESPN HD.

We think it's unfortunate and we certainly hope that something can be worked out.
