It's not for the weak of heart. It's something that you have to be able to look past all of the problems and realize the potential of a piece of land.

Guys in this situation often do change their mind.

When a base closes in a community, it's never a good thing. You lose jobs and there's a big economic impact.

It's important for the community to get started early and figure out what it wants. Because the [armed] services are going to be pushing to get things done.
