For anybody who wants to make a big change, you've got to be able to figure out what your strengths are, and you've got to be happy doing what you're going to try to do.

I'm not saying that it has to be easy and that you will like it every step of the way. But you've got to want to make the change. I think what makes people less successful in achieving a goal is that they're often trying to do something that they really don't want to do.

You've got to be diligent in wanting to get to a goal. So absolutely, you have to be realistic with your goal in the first place. Know that you're going to have to be patient and take the time to plan for a goal.
