I cried for a long time. Saying goodbye to all those guys helped me become who I am. It hurt me the most that I couldn't have one more snap with those guys.

We came out with the right mentality. Even though they're a I-AA team, we came out with respect for them. We came out with a game plan, executed and got the job done.

We were prepared for the blitzes. It's just that the game speed was a little bit faster than what we're used to seeing.

That's one of the things I'd like to do before I leave here, to lead this team to another bowl.

(Martin's) program is unreal. He also has me working on the little muscles that can help me in the long run. Coming in as a freshman at 150 pounds, I was a little nervous, a little too anxious.

I'm very fortunate to be able to play this game again.

I got into the flow. I got used to everything.
