A committee doesn't cost us anything. It's not a committee to do anything, but gives you an idea of the possibilities. It's worth weighing the pros and cons.

I don't want to be in a position where it doesn't work out and we get it back.

I'm not exactly sure why. Hopefully they are running for the right reason and they don't have an agenda.

I don't see a huge problem with this if we do business with these folks. I would bet that's almost a standard with their contracts. They'll use someone who is reputable so I think it will be a fair and true appraisal.
