I'd still like better results than there were (yesterday) but the main thing is we hung on and we won and that's nice.

[Because of what the Yankees are and the fact he has pitched for them, Lilly agreed there might be something a little different for him when he starts against them.] There's a little bit to that, ... and just the fact that beating a good team feels good.

It was nice to go out there and feel completely healthy, to pitch decently.

Those are kind of the two guys you don't want to beat you. That's definitely one of the things we talked about, but you can't constantly pitch around them either. They're not the only good hitters in their lineup.

They're a really tough club to go out there and control, ... The main thing is that we hung on and won.

I felt good, especially the first couple of innings, ... After that I kind of lost the feel of my curveball but I was able to keep them at bay just enough.

This is the best I've felt. My shoulder felt good, so I would've liked to have thrown a little bit better.

You can't pitch around them every time. They're not the only two good hitters in their lineup.
