"Tamba Boimah Hali" is a Liberian-born American football outside linebacker for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Chiefs in the first round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He played college football at Penn State Nittany Lions football/Penn State, where he earned All-American honors.
