If a student has given up, if they are not willing to sit for March and May tests, they certainly have not taken advantage of every possible opportunity and would not likely be given permission to participate in the graduation.
This has that potential to blend that global perspective with the high quality of instruction that goes on in Carlsbad to offer something unique and appealing.
The state system ---- I think you'll find the numbers somewhere in between. I don't think (the graduation rate) will be as high as our system reports, or as low as (the Manhattan Institute) numbers.
