Many young families today are two-income families. The time constraint that this puts on families makes it difficult for young leaders to be able to commit to being involved in civic life.

The reason this is a concern is that many of the current leaders are getting near the age where they're going to be looking to retire from active service. The concern is, will we be able to find people to step in and take their place?
