Our concern is it's already a flood zone, so why would FEMA want to pay the owner of the trailer park so much money a month to house people in a zone that could be flooded again?

We're really lucky, ... We have a lot of stuff so we should give it away to help. These kids have nothing now.

I don't tend to use my cell phone for things like that (downloading games and applications). Plus, I'm far too addicted to my computer.
