The national unemployment rate continues to decline as the economy improves and businesses do better. Companies need to hire at a faster rate this year. That's making it easier for (students) to find employment.

Don't be too specific about what you want to do. Indicate your interests, but let people know you're willing to try out different opportunities.

One big knock on teens is that they're not as professional (as adults), but I think that's a generality that can be blown out of proportion. You can teach them the right way the first time. They don't have to unlearn any bad habits.
