"Sean Hillary Locklear" is an American football offensive tackle who is currently a free agent. He was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the third round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played college football at NC State Wolfpack football/North Carolina State University.

Locklear has also played for the Washington Redskins, New York Giants, and Atlanta Falcons.

At all times you have to be ready. You can't skip a beat. At anytime during the game I have to be ready to back up (Walter Jones) or (Womack).
