We have been a team that hasn't had three-quarters of our salary cap for a large part of the season but we just keep battling and keep working. It's a compliment to everyone in there. We have 28 guys and that's why you have rosters like that because you are going to have injuries and things throughout the season.

I'm extremely excited to be coming to Dallas. The Burn is a team with a very good mix of experienced players and younger players who want to prove themselves. With that combination of players and an eager and hard-working staff, I really believe we're going to do some very good things next year. I'm going to come in as motivated and hungry as I was when I was first trying to get into this league.

I think one of my biggest strengths is I don't like to lose. I never have, and that's been an important part of my career. In a weird way, I love not losing more than I like winning.
