It's good to learn from a win like this because it could have very easily went the other way. We have to understand that it's probably going to be like this every single week that we play the rest of the season. We're going to have to get used to winning close games in the fourth quarter. Hopefully, the experience of tonight will pay off down the line against somebody.
I don’t know what else we can do, ... We can’t go out and recruit. We can’t go out and sign kids.
Our defense played awfully well. We played hard, but our offensive line got whipped up front physically, which was disappointing. Our defense was the key. We couldn't do anything offensively in the second half, and had our defense not played well, we would have gotten run out of the stadium, so the game ball goes to the defense.
We’re so much bigger and stronger than last year.

We didn’t have a tailback to go in because they’re exhausted.
It’s kind of strange being 4-6 in our first year in 5A, ... I was as surprised as everyone to be picked to win.
