If you look at the number of restaurants in (America) serving fajitas and the like, and how busy these restaurants are, and how popular the dishes being served are, it stands to reason that people enjoy this style of food. Being able to prepare it at home is convenient and fun.

I first launched a tortilla maker in the mid 1990s. This proved to be a successful item, so we expanded the Southwestern cooking line to include many items geared toward Southwestern style cooking, hence the birth of the fajita grill.
