The state can't give us any more than they have, just like we can't pay salaries with money we don't have.

It's a flood of emotions, really. When you've seen the changes and growth I've seen, it makes you want to hang on and continue to be a part of JCJC. But in other ways, I'm very much looking forward to retirement.
