Right now, the current thinking is that it will curve to the north about 300 miles east of Florida.
It's just a big mass of thunderstorms.
It looks like the outer eastern islands of the Bahamas may feel its effects sometime tomorrow. It a small storm, highly concentrated.
Generally, once a tar ball forms it remains at the bottom and is moved along at the bottom of the ocean by wave action.
