We needed easy buckets and he got them. He threw the ball to me on a couple dunks and got us started. That's how we got the rout.

It's kind of hectic. You really have to slow down and look for your teammates. You can't be out of control out there. If you are out of control, they are going to strip the ball from you, steal it and take charges.

It's very hard. You see the score and you want to slack up. But you can't because Cal is on the sideline getting after you. He wants the intensity up at all times. I can see why, but it's pretty hard to stay focused.

If we can sub four in and not miss a beat, that says something about our team. Once they are wearing down, they might have one or two new people. We can sub four more and keep the same intensity. That really wears teams down.

He coaches every single play, and you're going to have to do it, even if we're up 35 or 40. If you're out there playing around, and not really intense, he's going to sub you. You don't want to get subbed. You want to be out there and play.

At this point in the year, I'm really in a groove. I'm coming out playing great defense and knocking down easy shots. We're so talented and so deep that we don't know if that's the best we can play. We might have just scratched the surface.

This is a dream senior year for any college player. I thought about the NBA, but I wanted to win and I wanted to improve on where I left off as a junior.

Gonzaga and Duke are built so that they need them to score a ton of points. But with me, my team's so deep, I don't need to play 30, 35 minutes to win. I can play 25, maybe 20, and we'll still win.

We've never been like this. The guys, we're all happy with each other, and we love being around each other, to come to practice. I couldn't say that about us a couple of years ago.
