As it went on during the summer, and I put on a little more weight, they couldn't just move me out of there too easy.
It makes me feel pretty good because this is something I've been working toward for a long time. I got my shot. Now, it's up to me to hold onto to it.
We're going to be very transparent and let them know any possible thing that happened.
But (the Alabama game), that was the first time I really felt good out there.
People should be able to say what they want, as long as it's on their property and they own the property, it should be able to be put up.
It's not trying to be either negative or positive; (our music) is just a glimpse of what life looks like when you come of age.
Every single word and every single note, we take very seriously.
For a long time, I was just there. I didn't know how it was down in the trenches.
It seems like a lot of the bands in town will look at a band and go, 'Yeah, that was awesome. Let's do that, specifically.' And we obviously have our influences, but at the same time we're like, 'How can we be better? What can we do that nobody else wants to do?'
