There will be games for the kids, a blow-up bounce game and face painting.
It will be a nice way to fund-raise and then the judges will judge on the best-tasting chili.
Participants are able to come by and stuff money into a jar that will be provided at each booth, and the cook-off contestants are able to do anything they want to raise money, ... They can coerce people, they can go into the crowd, sell things or do anything they want to do to raise money.
The biggest problem is the transportation of gasoline out of Gulf of Mexico. There are major pipelines that, with the power, have shut down. Without power they can't move the gas out.
Lots of good stuff to bid on.
