It was a good year for people who have been skiing for a few years and have the winter-weather gear to endure high winds and cool temperatures.

People kept asking us (if we were going to extend the season). There?s still a lot of energy and pent-up demand.

People really appreciate fresh new snow, and since it?s been cold the snow has been dry. The word has gotten around that the snow is good.

We have a warmer climate down here, and when the valleys start turning green, people's minds go to things they haven't done for four or five months, like gardening and golfing and biking.

The revenue we had coming in was not keeping up with the expenses.
