I think he can be as good as he wants to be. He is athletic, he has size and he has power. He has a good natural feel for the game. I don't know what else you need to mix in there. I think he is driven and wants to be a good football player.

I thought we might have done a pretty nice job on the boards. We thought going in that we would have a size advantage and that proved to be the case.

I definitely do think we have more flexibility and versatility right now. We don't have as much depth outside (at end). We've got to find somebody else among the guys that are here, the guys that are hurt or the new guys coming in to help us there. We have to find outside help, but inside we are looking pretty good.

The big test will be when he first gets in a game, and how he reacts to a game situation. That's when they start to grow, especially if they have a little success.
